Tutorial Needed for Link Tutorial

I build pages and sometimes people attack them. Please provide me with a tutorial to fix this.

I couldn't find my page in google using a basic keyword and so i searched for the link. The page is less than 10 days old and is being slung in the spinner xrumer or something.

I pasted the link in the search engine and all spam no page. How do i fix it please. I need a link to a tutorial.

also it is recurring in certain pages. i dont want hours of my life unfixable. i just need a tutorial. its taking 5 minutes to spin on me. please help so i can solve the problem quickly in the future.

I am using wordfence. So they are using the link to go to the backend login screen and hitting me there?

is there a tutorial maybe on how to run porn links to spin content negative seo xrumer or something. And a backend captcha at the apache level wordpress level

out of an entire forum of people who run negative seo so well that we made a forum out of it. then some 10k members will know how to clean it up.
