That's quite cheap already. On an $4 payout offer, you would need 1+ leads for each ~66 visitors to make a profit.
Next month I'm able to try some campaigns. Let's see what I can get.

Though it is quite cheap I wouldn't worry about the price of clicks... What it comes down to is the QUAILTY. If your CPC is lower than your EPC then you're making money. Simple as that, cheap clicks do not equal a winning campaign. Quailty clicks however do!

I set up campaign yesterday, it shows status " Eligible " but traffic didnt start. How much I should wait?

You campaign is in review. Or worse your account is in review, usually they take 3-5 days before they send you traffic on new accounts.

Great post and it highlights for me one of the most important aspects of adwords and that is ad relevancy. By creating specific campaigns and adgroups with banners targeting specific apps and their audience, you will 100% have a high QS and low CPA - of course if executed correctly !!
I wonder what the CTR is on your best campaign Optic88? Would I be right in guessing circa 10%? or am I way off? - it is display network after all!

Yes I have had some CTRs of 7-8% before and got super cheap clicks.
The reason is the traffic is so targeted it, that it makes sense to advertise like this.

You're able to run aff links on Google. No where in their TOS does it say it's not allowed.
However if your offer breaks their TOS in other ways, they won't let you run it.
*Most affiliate offers break TOS hints why, they don't get approved.

- Is it mandatory to own a website to subscribe to adwords/adsense?What I like to try would only be running campaings by promoting offers;
