I spent 8.28$ and earned $3.61 the ecpm is $31.39...The bad thing is that on facebook shows 160 unique website clicks and on leapviral only 115...
 
here is my update sofar after almost 2 days. However i think leapviral updates slower than they claim. Havent seen any updates yet today

If you know what you're doing with FB ads, and are willing to potentially risk your FB ads account being banned (although I'm not convinced that those whose accounts were banned were due to LV), give it a shot. You need to be able to achieve a cost per engagement of $0.03 or below to profit.

Otherwise, stay clear.
 
robbp how you can achieve 0,03 cpc?my best was 0,05 but the ctr was really good... 9,6%...
so I earned 7.77 and spent 16.65

That would be the twist with my method that I'm not really willing to give out, sorry. I've cut my CPE down to $0.01 with a ctr of about 14%, and with those numbers earning about 250-300% ROI.
 
robbp there is not much twist you can do here...you can test different images thats all..
you target only U.S....?

I can get the CPC that low, not too worried about that. But i will be screwed if my personal FB account gets banned
 
Just to let everyone know, I just got paid by LeapViral and my ad account is still intact.

You could try setting up a new FB account, but don't setup the ads right away. Join a few fan pages, invite random people to be your friend. Comment on some groups or pages, like some posts, etc. Then the next day or a couple days later add some payment/billing information to your account, but still don't run any ads. Continue to post status updates, like posts, make comments, etc. during this time. Then a couple days later start creating your campaign, but don't set it to $100 like OP says. You can set it even to $25-$30 a day and still profit. After my other account got ad-banned, I used my regular FB account and started creating ads at $20 and then gradually increased the daily spend. I've been doing this now since Dec. 26 with no issues.

This way, even if this second account gets banned, you won't really lose anything since your personal account will still be intact. But if you setup your second account and don't do all that commenting/posting/liking activity, you're way more likely to get your ads flagged and banned.
 
seems like nothing works for me in the last months...I was too optimistic...again..
My stats:

spent : $75
earned : $28

I tested the same ad as op with an eye-catching image + I ordered post likes,shares and comments to increase my ctr...
the ctr and ecpm was good but still doesn't worked for me..the strange thing is that on fb shows 1032 unique website clicks and on leapviral only 763...
So I stopped the campaign because I lost almost all my money on my previous fails...
 
I have read the thread from the first post till the last page.
I want to give it a try, am signing up on LV, I already have an active FB ads account, I have some little experience with Facebok ads.
I will update how it goes.
 
Something feels fishy about this thread (and your journal)...if it works congrats and thanks for sharing, I wont test this unless I See a few other people post some results lol

I finally got my CPC on FB to 0.03. Now let me see how long this will last though my eCPM is $18.38 I wonder why maybe its because I target countries outside the US Let me change that I see what I'll get.
