I bought this gig on Fiverr and it's working. My new website went from 0 authority on ahrfefs to 20 in one week.

It is impossible to index, because it is not backlinks, it is generated spam.
It does not increase Ahrefs DR for scammers, it has been fixed long time ago.
It seems Semrush also does not showing these kind of "backlinks".
Only Moz as outdated company are counting it as "backlinks" and let scammers to sell services like "DA increase in two weeks", also another scammers
blasting their PBN domains with such spam to scam their clients.
