[tutorial] How to use the Bat! email client as a powerful autoresponder

Since there is not a tutorial around here that i can find on how to use The Bat as an auto responder i have put together a video tutorial. Hope this is not in any violation of forum rules if so please feel free to remove this.

I was having some issue with the mic early in the tutorial. But i hope this explains it all. you can flip and modify it anyway you want. this is just a basic 2 reply set up.

How to set up the BAT for a 2 response (you can do more than 2 if you like) autoresponder system

The most recent vesion of the Bat is crap (atleast for me u may have better luck) it is very unstable so i reccomend that you use version 4.2.36.1. I was going to buy the software but its still too buggy and the support sucks so i downloaded it from btjunkie ( hxxp://btjunkie.org/torrent/The-Bat-Professional-Edition-4-2-36-1-Serial-SeepSeven/3130b6e8b19eacd1dc26a4142c165e3fa25877c152a0 ) with a crack. If they fix the bugs i will buy it.

TIPS:
To minimize the bat to tray go to options>preferences>general (on the left) and you will see your choices there

After you make changes to your filters i find it best to close the bat and restart it.

Ok i fixed it. you should now be able to see what i am doing.

I do have a question though, is there anyway to Throttle the Bat to limit it to so many emails per hour? If not, do you recommend a host that would allow more than 500 per hour?

sorry i dont know how to throttle the bat. i am not sure its even possible. no clue about a host that allows that many emails.

I am new in using autoresponder,
I need an advice...
What sort of email should I used? I just used gmail and it said that there's a limit to the number of email I can send daily. How do you guys by pass that?
What kind of email should I own to avoid that?
If you could answer me you would save me struggle.
