Hello
Today I found this very useful article:

If you are getting annoyed by uTorrent or BitTorrent Ads, then you can get rid of it by following above article.
it explained very details, plz follow all the steps to get succeed

Its working on my latest BitTorrent.

Notice- uTorrent and BitTorrent showing Ads for their Non Premium users.
btw, you can use Deluge or qBitTorrent , they are not showing ads for any users

Pretty easy, but I quited utorrent, it loaded my HDD almost on 100%

other torrent clients have so much bug,they are crashing & not responding max time
may be its due to low ram, but in same low ram utorrent working perfectly

Also consider using the old uTorrent 2.2.1. It's the last version before they started making the entire program annoying. Beware though, there's A LOT(!) of fake links for it (maybe someone wants to monetize that?), but this page has a legit version:

I can't tell you how often those ads bring up red flags in my security, hopefully this will help
