The real problem is meet the needs of the customers. You need to make a lot of revisions of the logos and the price is not 5$ (maybe 30/40$ for a good and reviewed 5)6 times logo).
In any case there is a big plan to do, search and try the best freelancers with low prices and make happy your customer.
You need to be in the web design world because you need to know in any case how works or how speak with your customers.
This is NOT a method, this is just and idea. The method it's the plan you can use to do money with this idea (here I can only read some ideas).

Not at all. Maybe working as the OP has described it's impossible but the system is scalable easy.
Simply hire freelancers from odesk, freelancer and elance and spend 20/30 dollars for logos and than resell it.

Why? If you can't get the quality for your $200?
I chose only good freelancers on Fiverr and I buy a lot of logos before resell them.
It's all about different marketing opportinities, you cdon't know where find logo designer and I provide it for you.
