the method looks great...i got my website indexed with reddit...luckily it was upvoted and now the website is partially indexed..will look to adopt this strategy as well
 
QUESTION from a Newby.

Do you have to go to each of those sites and submit your page?

There's no-way that will take only 26 seconds. Must be a program or something that does that.

Assuming you are using Wordpress, just go to your admin dashboard and go to Settings --> Writing. Then copy and paste that list into your Update Services box (to see this box scroll down). Then click SAVE CHANGES.

why shouldnt you ask why someone got banned? i think bhw should put the reason in the sig rather than just 'they have been banned' ye we know that already!

I think its useful so you can know whether it was cos of a certian piece of advice they gave on not. cos if it isnt then you could still follow some advice thread they gave if it wasnt related to the banning.
