I know how to bypass the 'too many users have registered on this device' pop up that appears on iPhone.
It requires you to be jailbroken

You can use bluestacks but it's laggy sometimes. Idk. What's the tutorial?

I just use Ifile that you can download from cydia and i go in keychains folder located in /var and i delete the file keychains-2db and the i reboot the device and i can create accounts again

Well, a lot of people are too lazy to do their own research. It's simple for you because you're a coder. It took me a whole day to figure it out lol.

I had no luck changing the device id. The apps suppose to change the id don't work anymore with the latest ios firmware. Maybe I didn't search hard enough.

Ah. You're going to have to jailbreak your phone or use a pre-rooted Android emulator. You can change the device_id with SSH or pretty much any app at all. Some emulators by default don't have a device_id, so you'll need to generate one for them.

Okay all these solutions contain old info.
No matter if you're jailbroken or not UDID hasn't been active since iOS 6 so device ID changing isn't possible.
Device restoring is annoying and long.
Deleting keychains works but it deletes all the passwords and completely resets all apps which can be problematic.

Uninstalling and reinstalling bluestacks is the best solution.
