I recently found Groupy that helps you be more organized with active programs/tabs on your Windows (maybe they have this for MAC, don't know).

WHAT IS GROUPY?
I will copy-paste here what they say:

Groupy is a killer app that will let you take things like Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite apps, File Explorer windows, and much more, and put them into tabbed groups. Just like modern web browsers group their websites together, you can now do that with all of the Windows apps on your desktop, making for a cleaner and more efficient experience.

Creating groups is simple: drag a window to another window and combine them into a single window, with tabs showing in the title bar. For example, open multiple web browsers, all in one set of tabs, or Office applications like Excel and Word, all in a single, easy-to-use window. To ungroup, simply drag the tab off the group. Save existing groups and launch them at a later time, contained and ready to go.

Once a group is created, you can quickly switch between different windows with a simple hot-key or by clicking on the tab. Groupy can also automatically add launched programs into an existing tabbed group.

Groupy works on Windows 10, 8, and 7.

WHERE TO GET IT?

I got it on steam, it costs 4 euros, but I have an account in Argentina, so I got it like for 0.70-80 euros :D

This image will show you how it looks like:

It's nothing special, but it helps to work/move faster, especially when you need to use more folders. You can add as many as you want programs/folders there, and you can save that as a group, so you don't need to add it again when you start your Windows. It can be Photoshop, Sublime, Chrome, Firefox, Viber, anything you want and that all can be there simultaneously.

I was expecting a link to Powertoys, which is an amazing (and open-source) set of tools that should come preinstalled with Windows. https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys

Alt tab all the way. Linux is more complicated than windows. :(

If you like being productive use linux ( popos is love ). Window management is out of league in this os.

I tried Linux and honestly, I cannot get used to it :D It's easier for me to use windows for my needs.

Alt + Tab is personally what i use.

Yep, Alt Tab is a great option when you don't have like 10+ tabs active xD this is easier for me, I am there in one click instead of 9+ tabs

These are all extensions :D update me with your minus now xD

Left is for a hack for MyFitnessPal app so I don't have to pay premium, the other one puts red dots around all nofollow links on pages.

I have absolutely no idea how I installed it I can't find a chrome extension link, but here's their site link: https://foodfastfit.com/#/howdy

You can set macro's per gram instead of using their percentages that only round per 5, without having to pay their premium.
