How about if the the email is not commercial?? suppose you are inviting them tojion your facebook page and you sell nothing on the facebook page (at least not at the time you are doing the mailing) the page would have no commercial links at all only useful content. Then at some point after you reach the targeted number of fans on the page you stop the mailings and you would be free to put commercial links on the page? I'm just thinking outside the box here!

Grab emails from specific forums then use this method to get some money, if you are worried about getting in trouble for spamming. Let these companies do the spamming for you and you get gift cards.
Example:
Scrape Hip hop forum - Submit this list to a site that sells urban clothes that pays you gift cards for referral purchases.

This is ridiculous. This thread isn't about if this method is legal, or illegal, it's about how to harvest emails using scrapebox. As all the advice on this form, use it at your own risk, and don't ask idiotic questions. Most of you don't even know the basic understanding or email marketing, but are worried about the legality behind it. It's like you're trying to run before getting the shoes.

How would one know if the email addresses are scraped or not?
I am having issues with this process, I am able to obtain the URLs but no lucking getting emails. I got better luck using atomic email extractor which is way easier. I still want to get this process to work until I have the money to purchase atomic email extractor which won't be for a month because I have other obligations. Hurry up and wait.
A lot of them in my niche are not allowing access to this now.
