The most expensive program or WSO I've purchased ($297) is Wrecking Ball SMS. Do a search for "wrecking ball sms users guide" and
you will get an idea of what you would need to be at the top of the game for bars/restaurants and SMS. I haven't set it up yet, but
I doubt that anything else comes close. There was related WSO that allow patrons to send messages to the TV screens while a sporting
event was on. Nasty words can be blocked. Here's what you would have:
SMS system with scheduling by client (you have the master panel).
Billing system.
Restaurant table notification to mobile phones. I can't remember if a reservation system is included.
Contests - to the bar / restaurant patrons "enter via your phone and we will have a random drawing in 15 minutes for..."
Everyone gets "would you like to be notified of specials?"
This feature is patent pending: Text to get 1/2 off now/later for.... Would you like the next one free? Send this to
5 or more friends. The 5 friends get the 1/2 off message. The system keeps track. Once 5 sign up for their 1/2 off
person #1 gets their free coupon. The others get "how would you like to get the next one free? Send this..."
It's a very complete system. I'm sure the price is more than $297 now, but you might be able to acquire it. The problem
would be that it's updated quite often. The viral marketing system described above was developed for Domino's Pizza, but
I'm betting your local Domino's hasn't heard about it.
I'm backlogged in setting up a variety of goodies, but this one is next. YouTube has a few videos and webinars from Wrecking Ball SMS.
Even if you don't buy it, you'll learn what can be done from the videos and the users manual.
