Tutorial for absolute beginners

Not looking to get flamed, but I just wanted to make sure it's just not me. Do you really have to search this thread to find piece by piece to learn a lot of methods that you all are using to make money?

I'd be very interested to read a tutorial if there are any (I can't find any obviously). Anyone know if there's a book somewhere around or can point me in the right direction?

Hey man, a tip on reading the above thread. There are a toooooon of pages because of so many responses if you want to just view "crashed"'s posts hit ctrl+f in mozilla and type "lazy" its skip to his posts.

Wow man. Much appreciated!!! I was really hoping someone like you would come along here and shed some light . I thought it'd be a hassle trying to search this thread to find pieces instead of just reading a tutorial.
