I do both, on some sites I have 3-5 products on display with links to the individual products and see more button below and on other sites I have just one image linking to the search results.
I haven't noticed a difference mostly because I haven't paid attention. There are just too many other factors that force me to choose one of the layouts, like autoblogs need the adsplugin to pull products automatically, some niches demand a price (like "cheap widgets" and "best widgets under $500") so I need to use the price plugin and with some sites having just one OBL to Amazon will make it easier to rank.
Quick question (SIDEBAR):
If we want our site to look like a mini-store, wouldn't it make sense to put a "credit/debit cards" image on the sidebar, with the heading "Payments accepted" or "cards accepted"?
What's your take on this?
DOes it help or hurt conversions?

I've never done it but I could see it as adding to your credibility and it's a siple way to extend the store-like look. The only way it could hurt is if you say you accept a prominent payment that Amazon doesn't actually accept, like Paypal.

I had been using SpinRewriter but recently have been using WordAI and I love WordAI.
I never have tried it. You can't send PPC traffic directly to Amazon per Amazon's rules and you can't promote affiliate sites per Adwords' rules (as far as I understand Adwords' rules).
