Not Sure if this method has been shared here before, but here it is:

1- Load up Scrapebox, Then Paste This Code as a keyword (you can edit that to your needs)

Code:
filetype:txt free proxy lists filetype:txt "8080" "3128" "80"

2- Setup a Private/Anonymous proxy If you want, Then hit Start Harvesting.

A big list Should Come up after a couple of seconds, Then on the manage list section.

3- Hit Remove/Filter Then Remove Duplicates.

4- Export URLs To a text file then Load it in the Proxy Harvester as a Source, Done, you now have more sources to harvest proxies from.

Not a big tutorial, but still, maybe help some beginners.

Great Little Tutorial:-
I had been Using Mr'G to look for Url's for Proxy Source's.

And this little Footprint is just what the Doctor Ordered.

Thing is Now you can use the URL list in near any kind of proxy Fetching program.
But being a Scrapebox & GScraper Owner myself this was Gold for me.

+Rep + Thanks for this little tut.. and Thank You again

:)
