[TUT] How To Make Your Own Streaming Site Using Google Drive

Does anyone have any idea as to how this works:

I have heard a lot of websites using this.. I know a lot of websites are using drive to host their files.. as the CDN is great..
If anyone here is a coder and can help me with setting this up I will pay very well. I have a ton of traffic but i want to run the site in a way that i dont have to repeatedly re-upload.
I understand the Openload api lets you find out whether the video has been takendown.. then a bot can check that repeatedly and re-upload stuff. It would be awesome if there was a coder here who is interested in making a decent amount.. I need a few people to work the backend. I have the traffic.. just need people to do the backend bit for which i will pay very well. By good amount of traffic i mean a couple million pageviews a week
