I respect the grind, OP. I've been trying to run a similar method, but without the success so far. I think part of the problem is I haven't quite gotten a grip on scraping quality emails. Just found out about this forum, but it looks very resourceful and I hope I get some tips on how to improve this.

Methods like this will always work and hold true throughout time. The OP already gave us the technique he uses to stay out of the SPAM folder and as long as you have a "unsubsribe" link at the bottom of your emails, you ARE CAN SPAM compliant. Quit making excuses not to do it and DO IT!
I use to do something similar back in the day, but with the "jobs market" and it worked wonders. May get back into it, but am busy making $$$ with Teespring currently.

I was reading above this advise on Can Spam Act Compliance by just putting "Unsubscribe" link at the end of your email content. Unsubscribe Link is one of the conditions which email marketers are advised to meet, the CAN Spam Act recommends several other measures to implement, and one of the essential is doing permission based emailing( Double Opt In Email Lists).
Could you help me with that my friend?
