The most possible reason .info not shown as a promo is that the .info is not available to register. Try to check it manually.

The correct one is Register 5 or more domains and get FREE Private Registration
Here an example exploiting GoDady by Bulk Register minimal 5 domain names, and you will have FREE Private Registration Services (FREE Whois Privacy).
This method is combination between .info's trick shared here and free free whois privacy trick I shared now.
Here I want a EMD .COM domain name with whois privacy (but don't want to pay another $6 or $9), so I register another 4 .INFO for long tail keywords domain names.
It will cost me in total $4.85 (1 .COM + 4 .INFO)
(.COM only cost $2.17 because I use coupon code "WINTER199")

This is still going strong. I bought over a hundred at $.49 plus the ICANN fee of ??$0.18 I think. There's a trick to it and it's a little tedious but you first plug in the first 10 into the Bulk Domain field, and do like the instructions above say to do.
Then you add five more, then another three or so. At or around 20, Godaddy messes you up and you have to add them individually. Now you can go with 20, check out, and do it all over again. I had 6 or 7 different sessions like this. All tolled under $80 I believe. It can be done but takes a little work. I used no special code at all.
I checked the .mobi box first, then got the .biz, .info, and .net "specials." I clicked the .info, then deleted the .mobi.
That's all there is to it.

Yes there is coupon for that (if still applicable) but you have to pay full price for the domain name.
