Turn your website into affiliate website?

Since 2,5 years I'm having a website where I sell online services. Beside this I'm providing free trials in turn for their email adress. So during the past years I gathered more 150k email adresses. Now I'm wondering if it is wise to do some affiliate marketing or CPA on my website? I don't earn really much money (between 150 and 300 dollars profit p/m), but maybe I can increase my earnings via this way?

Will it hurt my business and is it smart to do?

Focus on tightening your funnel or providing better services. 150k interested users is a great sign, but $150 - $300/month doesn't sound good.

Are you regularly emailing these leads? If so, you can find services they may be interested and send an email for services related to what you're offering. Fiverr's affiliate program might be a good start - and they allow deep linking.

Thank you for your advice. I don't regarly email these leads. I'm now thinking to send an email for a related service, but won't this harm my business?

You can try email marketing or affiliate offer on your website. Do it step by step and it's ok.
