And to answer the question - Click on "Forums" in the navigation menu, then click on watched threads, then show all watched threads. Then at the top left hover over manage watched threads. you have the option then to either turn off email alerts, or to un-watch all threads, or both.

You can now delete or close this thread, Thank you so much, Sorry for the rushed email and placed randomly, I was getting loads of notifications and it was annoying me due to getting very important emails from productions and agents. thank you once again.
