Turn Off Commenting Option

Hi guys,
one of my 5 accounts has no turn off commenting option on ig posts,
am I the only one facing this issue?

Please let me know if you ever experienced something like this,

Hey! Have you been commenting frequently? Which software are you using for commenting?

Hi, I'm not talking about a specific automatic software but I'm referring to Instagram app itself.
You can usually turn off commenting for every single post on your account but one of my accounts does not have this option.
Any idea?

not all accounts have it, some do some dont. contact IG if you want it

Maybe the account type doesn't have this option? I'm not a IG expert, but IG and Facebook are close together and you have lots of options in pages that you do not in individual profile. Just an idea.

they didn't rolled it out to all accounts... my guess is they only rolled it out to old accounts.
