Can someone help me turn my USB dongle into a rotating proxy. It is locked so don't know if it needs to be unlocked.
Ideally, I want to have a few of them running but don't want to spend lots of money on hardware, so ideally have them running on my PC.
I have access to a raspberry Pi but it's not mine and I am not familar with linux or code
