Turn Key Review Software - Please Help Me Find Thread

I remember a thread involving a review software special where you can add the review software to a kiosk or website or mailer. The review layout had 3 major platforms yelp - places - zagat and was tailored to buy his software and start your own income avenue.

I am now looking to implement this into my current offerings for marketing and would like to know if anyone can remember this thread from a while back.
