Turn Key ecommerce site?

Hey guys (and gals) sorry if this is in the wrong cat. but was the best I could find for this question.....

Was hoping to get some insight from ya'll on the best (and easiest to use) ecommerce site.

I am hoping that there is a simple, but attractive template that allows you to simply add your product, info and price without any techie code stuff to deal with.

Does such a thing exist, and if so, which are your favorites?

I have only ever built one e-commerce website and I used CubeCart that was within Fantastico in my cPanel, for a newbie like I was back then, this piece of software was a breeze to use and get used to and I built a complete site in less than a day.

I used www.bigcartel.com for a friend who sells jewelry. Prices are from free to $19.95/mo. (that's the plan he has). Real easy to add stuff through their Admin section and easy to set up with paypal.

EDIT: Don't be fooled when looking at some of their examples because most of them were tweaked using CSS (which I know nothing about so I was stuck with one of their very few stock templates!).

You could try a Yahoo! Store. They offer the templates, back-end control panel, and hosting.

I use magento for everything I do, its the best for SEO and easiest to learn.

The hardest part with any shooping cart is the initial set up, getting it installed, looking right and adding all your products.. Once you get that done, its smooth sailing..

One good feature with Magento is you can export all your products with ease and upload them in bulk to google base.
