Yes, all premium features which are under GPL licence. You won't get online features like cloud templates, AI features etc.
As of now latest ver is 3.30, but pro elements is 3.29 so you need to rollback main plugin to 3.29 for best compatibility and only update once the pro elements gets updated with 3.30.

it modify the main element-or plugin code and give unrestricted access to pro privileges this is my understanding of how the plugin works
 
Careful with third-party sites like that as they often share nulled plugins, which can have security risks. Better to use the official Elementor free + legit addons if you can’t afford Pro yet.

or you can simply download the file and check virustotal first.
 
Better scan it to virustotal first. Or use the legit one to not have to worry about the latest update coming.

Pro Elements is safest as the source code is available on Github for people to review.

The owners of this proelements.org are very selfish people, they are selling numerous illegal digital products online. I would recommend using this plugin only on test sites, as it is very risky to use on a production site.
