Turn a review website into a dropshipping store?

Will I lose the ranking? And what if I add the product into the articles?

my first question is, it was a review site for what products, and will dropship what products? are they related? the more related they are, the better; overall reviews and dropshipping are similar as both types of sites are forms of ecommerce.

I once tried this stuff. It was a not a review site but a general site on sports niche. I moved all the articles on inner pages and on the home page, I tried the droppshipping thing. Fortunately, it worked for me. I still own and run the site. It's been few years now.

A lot has changed over the years. So, I would suggest you to try only if the site is not making any moolay at the moment. That way, you won't have much to lose if things don't work as planned.
