depend what shitcoin, you need to know what blockchain they use? if in these case safemoon,safemars etc these ala bep20 token so use pancake swap.
Pancake swap and Uniswap is similiar , but on different blockchain,

Pancake swap is build on Binance Smart Chain, so you can use these to buy Bep20 token.
Uniswap is on Ethereum Smart Chain, you can find Erc-20 token here.
