For facebook igaming ads are the same across coutries. First, try it with a small budget, then you can scale it up if the results are good

The markets aren't really different but you do need to know Turkish or have a person who can translate it for you in order to put ads properly in the turkish language.

In my experience, the ad review process in India is stricter.

it seems that turkey has a bit of more difficult, but you have excellent experience in running in india, I think you can work well in any market. anyway, to start with new market, you can try to test with small budget in advance.
