Okay, so I got pass the concept of submission.
Q2:
Is there a tool that can do this:
Search for tumblr blogs with submission enabled and is relevent to a keyword, then generate a submit form link in a .txt file?

If you don't know you, post that you don't know because if lots of people say no then chances are it doesn't exist and I'll consider making one.
