Please share your monetization technique used on Tumblr NSFW blogs since PlugRush is dead for Tumblr.

Personally I use mylikes.com . Any other ideas guys ?

crakrevenue.
juicy ads iframed

My favourite and most used is finding a niche site with an affiliate program then create the blog and get targeted followers

iframing the juicy ads still got my Tumblr banned after 3 weeks.

How much are you guys making with Imagetwist and Mylikes? I've used Mylikes, they are pretty good!

I used ero-advertising, they accept Tumblr blogs but have crappy rates. I also used to use Imgchili, Imgdino and Linkbucks.

Nowadays I just use Tumblr as a traffic source and send them to my self-hosted NSFW sites that has Plugrush running on them. Easy $5 per day doing that.

How do you manage to do that without getting banned? Or how often do you get banned? I tried your method, but I was still banned...maybe because I only "rotated" 2 links as click-through...

So, how many click-through links do you use in order to look less spammy?

Thanks!

I make one new account manually every day, and I use private proxies along with changing my user agent with every account. I use bitly to cloak the links, and I use a different bitly link with every account.

So far none of the blogs have been banned, though I expect them to be banned eventually. My biggest account has over 2300 followers.

Tumblr works best just as a traffic source to redirect visitors to your self-hosted website, Plugrush with mobile redirect on your site works well since most of Tumblr visitors are on iOS/Android.

Still none of my blogs has been banned after 3 weeks, I'm a bit surprised.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't tumblr have a "nsfw setting" which is disabled by default?
This really pretty much kills money making with tumblr like it use to be. Since most people don't tick that setting. or probably don't even know it exists. Just search some nsfw tags and look how low the note numbers are. I'm going to try what a few people said above, use my tumblr blog to promote my own self hosted blog.

With the NSFW setting, if you turn it on your adult blog will last longer, but you won't get many followers fast and takes some time to build them up. If you leave it off, you'll get tons of followers but your blog will get banned quick. I once tried using non-nude adult pics (sexy women in bikinis for example) without putting the NSFW setting on, it worked pretty well.

Sometimes Tumblr will flag your blog as NSFW if you don't do it yourself, instead of banning.

I have had a NSFW Tumblr for over 5 weeks now. No ads or imagetwist. But with link troughs and caption links to a self hosted site. No ban yet
