tumblr max. traffic

Hey there guys,
After starting with a tumblr blog and 19ct/day I worked the whole night to create 20 blogs and to start earning at least a few bucks to host a website and do some of the good stuff.
But for now I have to get some more than 19ct/day.
My question right now:
Does anybody know, when traffic on tumblr reaches max. to post my pics at the moment when well... the most people can see my pics?

Think where your target market is and largest population. For the most part East Coast North America 'round 3pm to 9pm.. anywhere between then.
