HI, is it effective to put hashtags on tumblr? Or putting keywords without hashtags is better? Does tumblr still gets lots of viewers? Can we connect our analytics on tumblr? Can we connect adsense on tumbr? Thank you for your answers.

It is effective if you use specific niched hashtags, not very general ones that get lots of new posts every minute. Be aware that it takes some time for your post to appear in the search.

Yes, you can use Google Analytics on Tumblr. You can add AdSense ads to your blog via the theme editing option.

Tumblr start a new platform. No more adult article accept there and so on. Do you haven't heard about it?

Now a days hashtag is a powerful element in social media. So use your site or blog related word as hashtag that good for you.

Definitely, you should be hashtags related to the article or the post. Since adding hashtags gives your post more visibility and chance of getting more views increases.

1. Yes tagging posts does help, also if your account is older ideally around 1+ month, then your posts will showup immidiately in tumblr's tag-index.
2. Also Tumblr does get a lot of view but boune rate on tumblr is really really low, so if you are using tumblr to direct traffic to your site then you'll get a very small percent as compared to pinterest.
3. Tumblr does allow adsense ads but you need TLD to use adsense with tumblr.

Hastags are super important and it is basically tumblr's content discovery mechanism other than having user reblog your posts.
