Hello all
It looks like Tumblr fixed their system for using a custom domain name... However, it appears that accounts using a custom domain name to "like" article around tumblr will still work.
If you want to start a new tumblr account and add a custom domain, it is asking you to update your DNS A records and/or CNAME if a subdomain. I have found the only solution is to create blog posts on your tumblr home page linking to your page (which are ********), and then liking the high PR blogs etc. to pass the juice to your blog with ******** links.
This is certainly not like before, but that's what I found today and wanted to share. If anyone has a workaround please let me know!
