Tumblr Bot that sends messages? (Asks/Submit)

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the direction of a Tumblr Bot that scrapes users and automatically sends my chosen ask/message to them? I know there was bots that did this, however they seem to be no longer supported. So I was wondering if anybody knew of any current ones? Free or paid will be fine.

Can set up a single action to:
1)Scrape blogs
2)Scrape / verify proxies
3)Anon ask

Repeating every X hours not asking same blog twice.

Also feed in a list of blogs to ask if want to be more specific
