Which is better in terms of linkjuice, Tumblr backlinks that coming from inner pages or backlink coming from Tumblr homepage ( Placed in the description)

If all the backlinks which are made to that blog on the homepage then it would be better to get links from the description since its PA will be high.

Most probably from description but inner pages do work well.
