Tumblr app with posting permissions

Does anybody know of a tumblr app that has permissions to post on people's accounts much like the facebook apps of old? PM me if you want to see an example of what I'm talking about. I just need to know where to get a hold of one, or maybe you coders would be able to code something like that pretty quick. Thanks for any help guys.
