I noticed that 90 percents of the videos on youtube are getting spammed with this website. How the hell they do that?

They are affiliated with Youtube , it's like the antivirus corporations the which pay coders to develop new virii (plural of virus not "viruses").Of course Youtube won't let you know that...

No its just a lame ass dude claiming he can get you views yet we all know no one can do this since the updates. Every person who does youtube views outsourcing is just using bots that cant work anymore.

Hmm you are wrong I can do the views, slowly but they work... up to 30k even and I have lots clients so lots of fresh reviews but not here.

Yea well frankly his service suck I never purchased them but I get top rankings naturally
