Tube script needed

Looking to have a site setup similar to http://www.megaporn.com/video/ . Their old user system was setup where you anyone was allow to watch up to x minutes of video before being prompted to register for a membership on the site. I also want the ability to link to other sites while the video is loading (like their current setup). My aim is in my sig as well as email.
