Yes I use Tube Fool and its an excellent tool IMO. The version I have automates friend requests, subscriptions, and video shares all within Youtube TOS. I have been using it for about 2 months now and have had no problems with my account. Here's the mediafire download to the software:

I am currently using it to build up my friend list on YT. I currently have about 1600 friends now. I have not tried to market to them yet. I figure I will build up my list to about 5000 before I try to market. The idea is you don't want to constantly spam them with your offers or they will "unfriend" you. Therefore, I would use it as a listbuilding tool first.
