Tube Bulk Uploader Software?

Anyone knows a tube bulk uploader program, which can handle multiple accounts and ip's? Best if can handle both adulttubes and regular tube sites. Guess there must be something like that out there, but have not been able to find some decent yet.

Have you tried this, and if so hows it working out for you? Also are the tags spinnable?
