My account too was suspended permanently. The problem I had was everytime I rated my video, Youtube wasn't counting the views. So I had like 137 ratings for the video but only like 45 views. To anyone this looks like spam. Hopefully, Nova can fix this error.
Also, I wouldn't use the comment scrape feature because it looks quite spammy too. Especially if you choose randomize comments.

The basic way to avoid account deletion is to 1) use a catch all 2) Use a proxy list and 3) Write comments by hand 4) Use your own usernames and don't let the software generate them for you.
If you skip any of these, you're responsible for your actions.
Anyway this is a blackhat method, so accounts are bound to get deleted. The traffic is a surge for 48 hours. If an account is deleted, build some more.. all you need to do is type a captcha
That's mostly due a badly configured catchall. Open a support ticket at the helpdesk and a rep will solve this for you

What about the page views? What good is it for me to create 100 accounts and use the tool only for youtube to display only 25 video page views. For every rating or comment I need a video page view showing showing unique human activity.
By the way, I did use all of the following above. And as far as proxy I'm using the TOR.
