Ttranslation website from Polish into English

I would like to know if I can copy but translate Polish website into English.
There is around 14 articles, and together around 9000 words.
do you think google will detect that I have translated website, and my website will be marked as duplicate content ?
Or maybe google algo do not detect that I have copy and translate someone website?
I will be grateful for any suggestions.

Google cant detect duplication issues on translated content (as long as you didnt translate it using Google translate).

really i didnt know that using google translate, they can detect duplicate content
