TT audience based on registration email

(No sim card and geolocation deactivated case scenario)
Is it possible that TT suggests your videos based upon your registration email as much or more than your real posting location (ip) ? For instance someone registering with a .it email address would get mostly italian viewers and so have no chance of making it with any other kind of audience ?

Have I not read though that people posting in english had views only from their (non-english speaking-) country, based (as they generally think) on their ip (but maybe not only: email? hence my question) ?

We are configuring our IPhones in the requested locations ( after factory reset) in our experience they don't show audience based on registration email
