When should you use list proxies, or get away with using them? My IP gets banned when I am manually searching for work on a certain site I will not mention on this forum. No scraping at all but my IP gets blocked. So I kind of want to scrape this site because it has a lot of listings for jobs, free stuff, and the alike even female seeking female listings. I just don't know if I can do it the free way. I am a developer who made got stiffed by a client and haven't been to frugal so I need some cash flow quick. I would like to make a scraper for this site but not sure if a free proxy list is the right fit.

Proxy lists are disposable public proxies with a high quantity. Private proxies are high quality and lower quantity. Unless you have a system set up to continually filter through and remove dead proxies from the proxy list, you're better off using private proxies for scraping.
