Trying to republish unpublished FB Page

Facebook unpublished my biggest fanpage about a month or two ago, probably because of mylikes. The message says:

"Limits have been placed on <my page name>.
Your Page has been unpublished and it cannot be published again."

Now I was told that one solution is to delete all of the posts on the fanpage and then to send in the appeal and that 90% of the time this would work. But the problem I'm having is that. My page has made like over 50K posts or so over the years. I've used some programs and managed to delete almost every single posts.

Here's the problem though. There are no more posts appearing in the Publishing Tools section or the activity log, but sometimes I see some residual posts on my page. I delete these posts and then my page doesn't show any more posts. But the next day 3 or 5 more posts appear. I delete them and 5 more appear the next day etc. So it seems like there's a bunch of hidden posts that aren't showing up until later. I've tried to appeal the page a couple times and it didn't work, this might be the reason.

Does anyone have a solution? Thanks.

Go to activity log and there see if you find those links, publishing tools has some issue, and sometimes doesn't show everything.
