Trying to recover a wallet

Hello,

I'm trying to recover an old BTC wallet I suspect has a couple of hundred dollars in it.
Problem is, I was very smart and didn't save anything clearly.
Now, I do have a 76 character phrasing in my email that I sent myself, that seems like a private key.
But when I try to sweep it says non-base58.. Does anybody have any idea what this 76 character thing could be?

to restore a wallet u get a mix of random words, that string might be it.
try to think what the old you would have done to protect that phrase, maybe u mixed it up in some order to hide it.
