trying to put anchor text comment on someone blogger l help

what the hell, this is fustrating, i'm trying to put an anchor text on someone blog but it shows up as a no follow some how. Some how how other sites posted there anchor text on the page. I dont get it. I wonder if the guy keeps turning his blog ******** on and off. Anyone experianced this before

In general blogger blogs have nofollow for comments. Are you sure the other links in other comments are being configured as ********? If so perhaps it is a glitch in the blog's template or maybe the webmaster has it configured in a way that only members can post ******** links. If they are turning it off and then on again it would seem that all links in comments would be changed but perhaps not. It is hard to say without knowing how they have their blog configured and what template they are using.
