trying to promote MLM program BH way

i am trying to promote an MLM program the black hat way. i have cloaked the hell of a site, done directory submissions, slammed backpage, delicious, craigslist got its share...still no bites. i'm not sure if its the presentation itself or the MLM program. check out my sig and give your views if you don't mind.
