Trying to post threads about my affiliate programs

Hello,

I am trying to post some threads with info, updates, and offers regarding my affiliate programs for members, but there is a new rule saying you need Mod approval to post threads about affiliate programs or you get banned.

I asked Big Buddy, and he said I had to ask Harro. I sent Harro and PM asking and listing the programs, no reply. I sent another message days later and no response.

What am I supposed to do?
