Trying to post a thread -- Getting blocked by filters

I'm new here. Trying to post my first thread in the Blackhat SEO forum. Each time I attempt to post I get an error that says I'm violating one of the rules and I'm not allowed to post. I'm pretty sure my topic isn't actually breaking any rules. I'm just trying to get some help with BHSEO for a report that I have to do for my technology class.

Any advise?
